Removing number plates

1. Open the file in paint

2. Zoom in to the area you wish to remove

3. Locate the colour picker tool

Locate the colour picker tool and select the colour of the number plate by taking your cursor over the plate and left clicking.

4. Colour picking 2

You also need 'Colour 2' to be the same colour. Take your mouse back to the same area and select, or draw a small circle of 'Colour 1' so you ensure to pick exactly the same colour

5. Use the fill tool and select 'Solid colour'

6. Draw a box around the number plate you wish to cover
